Amanda Corwin, BSN, RN
Trauma Service Liaison

Amanda Corwin is the Trauma Service Liaison. In this role, Amanda assists with the coordination of surgical services for trauma patients. This ensures a multidisciplinary approach to management of patients across the continuum of trauma care. She assists with policy and procedural improvements regarding both unit and hospital based issues.

Amanda is the State of Michigan Burn Coordinating Center administrator. She has directed the creation of wound modules, onsite training programs and assists with state planning efforts for burn mass casualty. She brings 12 years of experience in healthcare. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and has worked in the Trauma Burn Intensive Care Unit for eight years.

Amanda has certifications in ATCN (Advance Trauma Care for Nurses), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and is an ABLS instructor (Advance Burn Life Support).
